I booked the best room in the hotel and was excited about my stay. The room turned out to be old with visible mold, and I encountered cockroaches, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the noise from the jacuzzi in the neighboring room kept me up all night, making it a terrible experience. On the bright side, the room was spacious and had nice wood floors.
Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The rooms were not very clean and old with visible mold and cockroaches all around, making it quite uncomfortable. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, although they were not following the sanitary recommendations. The only redeeming factor was the location, being in a quiet area right at the Parque Nacional with a great view from the terrace. Despite these positives, the dining experience was lacking, and the price did not align with the value received.
